Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for replacing an elevator door which enables the operationality to be good by using an established mounting arm during replacing. A method for replacing an elevator door, under the situation that a mounting height of a door closing device is different before and after the replacement, comprises: under a situation of retaining an established mounting arm (5) which is fixed on a car frame pillar (2) and supports an established door closing device (6), a process of dismounting the established door closing device (6) from the established mounting arm (5); a process of supporting a new door closing device (10) at an upper part of a height adjustment bracket (27), a lower part of which is fixed on the established mounting arm (5).

Elevator door updating method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for updating an elevator door.
Background
The elevator includes a hoistway extending vertically and a car provided to be movable in the hoistway. The car is provided with a door and a door opening/closing device. The door opens and closes the doorway of the car and is driven to open and close by a door opening and closing device.
In a conventional elevator, when the mounting height of the door opening and closing device is different between before and after the update, the existing mounting arm is removed, and a new hole is formed in the car frame to mount the new mounting arm.
Further, patent document 1 discloses the following method: when the installation height of the door opening and closing device is different before and after updating, a bracket for height adjustment is added between the door hanger of the new door opening and closing device and the existing door.

As a conventional method, if an existing mounting arm is removed and a new mounting arm is mounted by machining a new hole in a car frame when the mounting height of a door opening and closing device is different before and after renewal, replacement work of the mounting arm and hole forming work of the car frame at the site are required, which causes a problem in workability. Further, according to the method disclosed in patent document 1, there is also room for improvement in workability.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a method for renewing an elevator door, which can improve workability by using an existing installation arm at the time of renewal.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for renewing an elevator door in a case where an installation height of a door opening and closing device is different before and after renewal, the method for renewing an elevator door comprising: a step of detaching an existing door opening and closing device from an existing mounting arm in a state of retaining the existing mounting arm which is fixed on a car frame column and supports the existing door opening and closing device; and a step of supporting a new door opening/closing device on an upper portion of a height adjustment bracket, a lower portion of which is fixed to the existing mounting arm.
The mounting position of the new door opening/closing device may be changed only in the height direction with respect to the mounting position of the existing door opening/closing device.
According to the present invention, the existing mounting arm is used at the time of renewal, so that the workability can be improved.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals denote the same or corresponding parts.
Embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 is a front view showing a car before renewal according to embodiment 1 of the present invention is provided, and fig. 2 is a side view showing the car as viewed from line II of fig. 1.
A pair of left and right car frame pillars 2 are fixed to a car 1 of an elevator, and a pair of left and right upper beams 3, a car floor 4, and an existing mounting arm 5 are fixed to the car frame pillars 2. The door opening/closing device 6 is fixed to the existing mounting arm 5. At least one (2 in the illustrated example) door 7 is supported in a suspended manner on the door opening/closing device 6.
Next, a method of updating an elevator door according to embodiment 1 will be described. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing a connection state of the car frame column, the existing mounting arm, and the door opening/closing device before the renewal. Fig. 4 is a diagram of the same form as fig. 3 after update. Fig. 3 and 4 each show a state in which the right side portion of the figure is viewed from the direction of fig. 2, and each of fig. 3 and 4 shows a state in which the right side structure is viewed from arrows III and IV.
First, as shown in fig. 3, before the renewal, the existing attachment arm 5 is detachably fixed to the upper portion of the car frame column 2 extending in the vertical direction by using a coupling body 21 such as a bolt. It is assumed that the mounting arm 5 is fixed to extend in a direction intersecting the car frame column 2.
Further, the existing door opening/closing device 6 is detachably fixed to the end of the existing mounting arm 5 by using a coupling body 23 such as a pair of bolts. The existing door opening/closing device 6 is provided with a positioning bolt 25 for preventing the existing door opening/closing device 6 from falling down.
In such a conventional structure, the updating is performed as follows when the installation height of the door opening/closing device is different before and after the updating.
In short, the update includes: a step of detaching the existing door opening and closing device from the existing installation arm in a state of keeping the existing installation arm which is fixed on the car frame column and supports the existing door opening and closing device; and a step of supporting the new door opening and closing device on the upper part of the height adjusting bracket, wherein the lower part of the height adjusting bracket is fixed on the existing mounting arm. The above-described steps will be described in more detail below.
First, as shown in fig. 4, the existing door opening/closing device 6 is detached from the existing mounting arm 5, and the lower portion of the 1 st portion 27a of the height adjusting bracket 27 is fixed to the existing mounting arm 5 using the coupling body 23 such as a pair of bolts.
The 1 st portion 27a of the height adjustment bracket 27 extends upward from the existing attachment arm 5, and is configured to have a substantially L-shape in a plan view.
The 2 nd portion 27b of the height adjustment bracket 27 and the new door opening/closing device 10 are fixed to the upper portion of the 1 st portion 27a of the height adjustment bracket 27 using a coupling body 29 such as a pair of bolts.
The 2 nd portion 27b of the height adjustment bracket 27 is formed in a substantially L shape in the left side part of the drawing of fig. 4. The new door opening/closing device 10 is disposed on the 2 nd portion 27b of the height adjustment bracket 27 on the opposite side of the 1 st portion 27 a. In other words, the 1 st and 2 nd parts 27a and 27b of the height adjusting bracket 27 and the new door opening/closing device 10 are sequentially connected to the connecting body 29 so as to be integrated with each other.
Further, as in the case where the door opening/closing device 6 is already provided, the new door opening/closing device 10 is provided with a positioning bolt 31 for preventing the new door opening/closing device 10 from falling down.
According to embodiment 1 described above, when the mounting heights of the door opening and closing devices before and after the update are different, the mounting position of the new door opening and closing device can be moved only in the height direction by providing the height adjustment bracket between the existing mounting arm and the new door opening and closing device. Thus, the existing mounting arm can be used for updating, a new door opening and closing device with a mounting height different from that before updating can be mounted on the existing mounting arm, and the improvement of the operability and the sharing of the door opening and closing device with other models can be realized.
Further, the mounting position of the new door opening/closing device is changed only in the height direction from the mounting position of the existing door opening/closing device. Specifically, the mounting position of the lower connecting body 23 on the height adjustment bracket is different from the mounting position of the upper connecting body 29 on the height adjustment bracket only in the height direction, and is the same in the left-right direction (door opening/closing direction) and the front-back direction (direction perpendicular to both the door opening/closing direction and the height direction). In this regard, for example, unlike the case of embodiment 1, when a bracket having a different pitch between a pair of bolts is provided on the mounting arm side and the new door opening/closing device side, it is necessary to make the shape of the mounting piece on the new door opening/closing device side a special-purpose product for updating. In contrast, if the mounting position of the new door opening/closing device is changed only in the height direction from the mounting position of the existing door opening/closing device as in embodiment 1, it is not necessary to use a dedicated fixture for the new door opening/closing device, and it is very easy to facilitate the sharing of the door opening/closing device with another model.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is obvious that various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art based on the basic technical ideas and teachings of the present invention.

Claims (2)

1. A method for renewing an elevator door in which the installation height of a door opening/closing device is different before and after the renewal, wherein,
the elevator door updating method comprises the following steps:
a step of detaching an existing door opening and closing device from an existing mounting arm in a state of retaining the existing mounting arm which is fixed on a car frame column and supports the existing door opening and closing device; and
and a step of supporting a new door opening/closing device on an upper portion of a height adjustment bracket, a lower portion of which is fixed to the existing mounting arm.
2. Method for modernization of elevator doors according to claim 1,
the mounting position of the new door opening and closing device is changed only in the height direction with respect to the mounting position of the existing door opening and closing device.
