A smart cooking device comprises: a cooktop bench (1), a lifting up/down component (2) arranged at a center of the cooktop bench (1), at least one cooking pot (3) configured below the lifting up/down component (2), a heating element (4) configured below the cooking pot (3), a liftable steaming grid (6) configured in the cooking pot (3), and a control panel (5) configured to control ascending and descending of the lifting up/down component (2). The cooking pot (3) is controlled by the lifting up/down component (2) to extend above a benchtop of the cooktop bench (1). The smart cooking device provides smart and personalized convenience for a traditional hot pot, barbeque, or steaming and cooking equipment. The cooking pot (3) is liftable and detachable, easy to clean, and simple to ignite a flame. The steaming grid (6) is arranged in the cooking pot (3) to make it easy to automatically collect foods that have been sorted and cooked, preventing a loss in nutrients and flavors owing to excessive cooking. An automatic ventilation component (7) is also provided to facilitate ventilation of cooking smokes when cooking a hot pot.
