Abstract

The invention relates to a golf club for teaching or learning golf, formed by a grip, a tubular shaft and various club heads, having suitable respective measurements. The golf club of the invention is made from very lightweight, low-hardness materials especially designed to prevent the user and/or companions from being injured. The tubular shaft is rigid, has very low malleability and is made from a very lightweight material, such as fibreglass or plastic. A solid heavy metal bar is press-fitted into the lower end of the tubular shaft in order to reinforce the shaft and to provide additional weight or ballast, said shaft being secured in the corresponding club head such that it can be used to play golf under the same conditions as those which apply to adults, to play golf in small spaces, and to teach golf to children, youths, teens (juniors) and the like.

The vertical ribs (30) are arranged in the insertion opening (insertion opening) (90) of the club, are tangent to the insertion opening (insertion opening) and are used as parts for installing the protruding part of a tubular club body (club body) (2) in the insertion opening, and the lower end of the club body is respectively provided with a side groove and a corresponding cutting groove (5) (see figure 2) for jointing the ribs (30).
The whole club head (9) has a face angle (club face angle) inclined by forty-six degrees toward the vertical axis and the direction of the insertion opening (insertion opening) (90), and a sole angle (sole angle) inclined by sixty-three degrees toward the horizontal axis.
2) A head (12) consisting of a rigid shaft made of semi-solid material (see fig. 10 to 14), for example with a uniform and solid polyurethane coating. The club head (12) is reinforced by a special conventional oval design with a right angled upper edge (upper edge) (12a) and an inwardly bowed front edge (front edge) (12b), with a thicker club lower end (club lower end) (15) and rear face (rear face) (14) than the upper edge (upper edge) (12a), forming a concentric wedge design (14a) centered on an unbalanced cross-sectional flange, with a longitudinal groove in the front face at the sweet spot (sweet spot) (10a), and a face angle (loft) that is angled four sixteen degrees toward the vertical axis.
The small radius peak end (the elbow of the rod) is inclined upwards to form a tubular projecting socket (13) than the other end (the rod tip), the small radius peak end (the elbow of the rod) is provided with a rod base angle (rod base angle) inclined to sixty-three degrees towards the horizontal axis direction, a heavy metal solid rod (3) is embedded into the small radius peak angle and fixes the lower end of the tubular rod body (rod body) (2) inside the small radius peak angle by pressure, the small radius peak end is level with the lower end of the tubular rod body (rod body) (2) (see figure 17) or is provided with a section of light heavy metal (31) solid rod (3) (see figure 17.1) projecting from the end of the tubular rod body (rod body) (2), and the heavy metal solid rod enters the junction with the rod head (rod head) (12) through the socket (13), so that the rod head part is.
3) A head (16) (see figures 18 to 21.2) consisting of a rod made of semi-solid material, for example with a uniform polyurethane coating, and reinforced by a special oval design, consisting of one end with a small radius (the bend of the rod) (19) smaller than the other end (the tip) (19a) and a projecting socket (16a), eccentric and rising in a rhomboidal shape, with an axial reinforcement (17) for inserting and fixing, with pressure, the lower end of the tubular shaft (2) near its solid bar (3) of heavy metal fixed flat with the tubular shaft (2) (see figure 21.2), or with a portion of the solid bar (32) (see figure 21.1) above the lower end of the tubular shaft (2), in both cases, is embedded up to the junction with the shaft or head (16) to make the head overall stronger in playing.
The head (head) (14) has a face angle (face angle) of zero degrees from the vertical axis and a sole angle (sole angle) of seventy-one degrees from the horizontal axis.
4) A head (20) made of a stiff rod of light material (fig. 22 to 30), such as plastic (plastic), reinforced by a special oval and hollow design: almost symmetrically divide it into two parts, one part as the outer layer (22) and the other part as the holes (21) (see fig. 26), the two parts are engaged with each other in a concavo-convex manner: a concave part (23) and a convex part (24), wherein a socket (25) is arranged on the hole (21), and a tubular shaft (shaft body) (2) fixed by a plug pin (7) is arranged on the socket; a method for fixing a tubular shaft (shaft) (2) of a head (20) is to mount it in a position eccentrically inclined to one end at a lie angle (lie angle) inclined seventy one degree to a horizontal axis by a rising socket (25).
The insertion opening (insertion opening) (25) is provided with a vertical rib (30) inside, is tangent with the insertion opening (insertion opening) (25), is used as a convex part for installing a tubular rod body (rod body) (2) on the insertion opening, and is provided with a corresponding side and a tangent concave part (5) on the lower end for installing each rib (30).
The portion (20a) (see figure 4) of the tubular shaft (2) entering the socket (25) insert (26) has two opposed bores (6) between which is mounted a pin (7) inserted in the bore or in the recess (23a) of the socket (25) extension (26) in the insert (26) which prevents the tubular shaft (2) from being pulled out of it. The degree of tightening on the insert (26) and on the application thereof is thus prevented from wobbling, in particular when engaging or fitting onto the bayonet.
In the hole or in the insert (21) in the extension (26) of the socket (25), on its outside and at the intersection of the point of the socket (25) with the hole (21), there are several reinforcements (28 and 28a) of the same height but of different lengths and at different angles to the same. The bore (21) has at least two recessed elements (23) for male-female engagement with an outer layer (22) having two further spare male elements (24), a peripheral flange (29) for internal engagement and a semi-circular groove (29a) for mounting a spigot (25) on a tubular shank (2).
The socket (spigot) (25) is designed on an insert (26) in the hole (21) and is composed of two parallel walls with different heights, and the tubular rod body (rod body) (2) with the fixed heavy metal solid rod (3) enters the interior of the socket (spigot) (2) and is flush with the end of the tubular rod body (rod body) (2) (see figure 28), or the heavy metal solid rod (3) just reaches the limit of the plug pin (7) (see figure 30), or the heavy metal solid rod (3) exceeds the lower end of the tubular rod body (rod body) (2) (see figure 29) so as to be embedded and fixed at the end of the tubular rod body (rod body) (2).
The kit (20) (holes (21)/outer layer (22)) may optionally be filled with a polyurethane foam or other material that reinforces and increases the load-bearing capacity of the kit (holes/outer layer) to enhance its tightness. The club head (20) has a face angle that is inclined at zero degrees to the vertical axis.
The club head (20) has a face angle (loft) that is inclined at zero degrees to the vertical axis.

Claims (20)

1. Golf club for teaching or learning golf, consisting of a corresponding tubular shaft (2) and its various golf heads and respective adapters adapted thereto, as well as an adapted grip made of a material which is not very heavy, soft and light, to prevent the user and/or his partners from being injured; characterized in that the golf club (1) has a hard tubular shaft (2) with low ductility, which is made of a light material which is not very heavy, such as glass fiber or plastic, and a solid heavy metal rod (3) is press-fitted at the lower end of the shaft to reinforce the tubular shaft (2) and provide additional weight or weight, and then fixed with the respective golf head.
2. Golf club for teaching or learning golf, made of a corresponding variety of golf heads and adapted as such, characterized in that it is constituted by:
a rigid golf head (9) made of light material such as plastic, reinforced with a special design;
a golf club head (12) comprising a piece of semi-rigid material such as a mass of polyurethane foam covered with a uniform layer, also of special design;
a golf club head (16) made of a semi-tight material, namely a mass of polyurethane foam and a uniform oval layer; and
golf club head (20) having an oval hollow body of lightweight rigid material such as plastic, divided into two almost symmetrical parts, one forming a cover (22) and the other a box (21), and the two parts are joined together by a dovetail joint.
3. The golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claim 1, wherein the press-fitting of the solid heavy metal rod member (3) is ensured by adding an additional super glue or adhesive (8), and the super glue or adhesive (8) is applied to the solid heavy metal rod member (3) and the contact position of the rod member with the tubular shaft (2) before the solid heavy metal rod member (3) is positively fitted into the lower end of the tubular shaft (2).

A golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 1 and 3, said solid heavy metal rod (3) being fixed to one end of a tubular shaft (2), characterized in that it extends to about 1/4 or 1/3 of the total length of said tubular shaft (2) in such a way that the solid heavy metal rod (3) in one case reaches the lower end of the tubular shaft (2) and is flush with it; in another case, the end of the metal rod is more than a small part; and in yet another case, the tubular body of the tubular shank (2) exceeds the solid heavy metal bar (3) by a small portion (2 a), the interior of said portion of said tubular shank (2) being hollow.
5. The golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claim 3, the portion (20a) of the end of the tubular shaft (2) beyond the solid heavy metal shaft (3) being characterized in that it does not require any glue inside.
6. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claim 1, the tubular shaft (2) made of fibreglass or plastic being characterized in that it is optionally coated or wrapped with a cover, shell or sleeve (4) made of soft material such as rubber or latex, fitting or fitting tightly with said tubular shaft (2).
7. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claim 1, the tubular shaft (2) being press-fitted with the golf heads (9), (12), (16) and (20), characterised in that it is ensured by the addition of an additional super glue and adhesive substance (8) applied at the point where the shaft comes into contact with the necks (90), (13), (16a) and (25) and/or the inside of the golf heads (9), (12), (16) and (20) before the fitting is established, thus increasing and increasing the strength of the final bond.
8. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claim 2, the golf head made of light plastic material being reinforced with a special extra irregular oval design, characterized in that the top of the heel end, whose diameter is smaller than that of its toe end, protrudes upwards towards said end forming a tubular neck (90) to engage and fix the lower tubular end of the tubular shaft (2); the outer part of the hosel (90) consists of vertical ribs (30), is tangent to the hosel (90) and serves as a male bayonet mounting part with the tubular shaft (2), the lower end of the hosel is provided with a lateral opening (5) which is matched with the ribs (30), and the golf head (9) is provided with a longitudinal groove (10) at the optimal hitting position; the thick ribs (11) of the rear and front edges slightly exceed its height 1/3 and decrease at the projection towards said front edge; it has a preferred inclination of 46 ° with respect to the vertical axis and the hosel has a preferred base angle of 63 ° with respect to the horizontal axis.
9. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claim 2, the golf head (12) being made of a hard sheet-like semi-rigid material such as a lot of polyurethane and being coated with a uniform and rigid layer, characterized in that the heel of the tip has a smaller diameter than its toe end, extends upwards as a tubular neck (13) and projects in a tubular form with a base angle of preferably 63 ° with respect to the horizontal axis, wherein the end of the tubular shaft (2) is fixed and press fitted with a solid heavy metal rod (3) which is flush with the lower end of the tubular shaft (2) or the solid heavy metal rod (3) projects slightly over a part (31) of the lower end of the tubular shaft (2) and penetrates the neck to be connected inside the body of the golf head (12).
10. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 2 and 9, the golf head (12) being characterized in that it is likewise reinforced by a special additional oval design with a straight top edge (12a) and an inwardly arched front edge (12b), the bottom edge (15) being thicker than the top edge (12a), the rear side forming an accessible concentric plane (14a) defined by an irregularly contoured flange, its front face presenting a longitudinal groove at the sweet spot (10a) and its inclination being preferably 46 ° with respect to the vertical axis.
11. A golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claim 2, said golf club head (16) being made of a hard sheet-like semi-tight material, such as a large amount of polyurethane, coated with a uniform and tight layer, likewise reinforced with a special oval design, characterized in that the heel end (19) has a smaller diameter than the toe end (19a), the protruding neck (16a) is non-concentric and prismatic upwards, provided with an axial reinforcement (17) to fix and press-fit the solid heavy metal bar (3) at the lower end of said tubular shank (2), the solid heavy metal rod piece is fixed to be flush with the lower end of the tubular rod body (2), or a portion (32) of said solid rod element exceeds the lower end of said tubular shank (2), in both cases the solid rod is inserted down into the internal connection of the golf club head (16).
12. A golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 2 and 11, said golf head (16) having an inclination of preferably 0 ° with respect to the vertical axis and a base angle of preferably 71 ° with respect to the horizontal axis.
13. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claim 2, said golf head (20) being made of light material, such as plastic, reinforced with a particular oval design, and wherein the hollow is formed in such a way as to be divided into two almost symmetrical parts, characterized in that one part forms the cover (21) and the other part forms the box (22), the two parts being joined together by means of a female dovetail joint (23) and a male dovetail joint (24) comprised, said box (21) having a neck (25) to be fixed to the tubular shaft (2); the tubular neck (25) is directed upwards in a non-concentric position with the (toe) end and is inclined upwards at a base angle of preferably 71 ° relative to the horizontal axis.
14. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 2 and 13, said neck (25) being characterized in that it extends inside the box (21) in a compartment (26) comprising only two parallel walls of different height for the insertion of the tubular shaft (2) of the rod (3) with the heavy metal fixed inside, the end of said shaft (2) being flush with the rod (3) of the solid heavy metal, or even said solid heavy metal rod (3) reaching the limit of the fastener (7) or beyond said shaft (2).
15. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 2, 13 and 14, the neck (25) being characterized in that it has an external vertical rib (30) tangential to the neck (25) and serving as a male bayonet mount with the tubular shaft (2) and comprising a female part (5) of the respective end fitting laterally and tangentially to the rib (30).
16. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 2, 13, 14 and 15, optionally the inner said combination (20) (box 21/cover 22) being characterized in that it is filled with polyurethane foam.
17. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 2, 13, 14 and 15, the neck (25) of the golf head (20) being characterized in that it has an inclination of preferably 0 ° with respect to the vertical axis and a base angle of preferably 71 ° with respect to the horizontal axis.
18. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 1 and 5, the portion (20a) of the tubular shaft (2) entering the spacer (26) of the neck (25) being characterized in that it contains two opposite drillings (6) between which are mounted fasteners (7) fixed at the centre (23a) of the female flange located at the extension (26) to prevent the tubular shaft (2) from being pulled out.
19. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 2 and 13, said extension (26) or spacer of the neck (25) in the whole (20) being characterized in that it is provided on its outside with stiffeners (28 and 28a) of the same height and different length, incorporated in the box (21) and in the vertex of the neck (25).
20. Golf club for teaching or learning golf according to claims 2 and 13, the box (21) being characterized in that it has at least two female parts (23) to cooperate with the cover (22) through a dovetail joint, it also has two further complementary male parts (24) and externally cooperate with a peripheral flange (29) and a semicircular collar to retain the neck (25) when the tubular shaft (2) is mounted.
