Abstract
A limit position when a vehicle body rises and lowers is defined without affecting ride quality. Provided is a vehicle body rising-lowering position defining stopper 10 that defines a limit position for lowering a vehicle body 200 in a suspension capable of raising and lowering the vehicle body 200 with respect to an axle tube 145, the vehicle body rising-lowering position defining stopper 10 including a stopper main body 20 and a fixture 50. The fixture 50 attaches the stopper main body 20 to the vehicle body 200. The stopper main body 20 has an outer member 30 and an inner member 40, and the outer member 30 is lower in a longitudinal elastic modulus than the inner member 40. A first region L1 of the stopper main body 20 on a side that abuts against the axle tube 145 is formed by the outer member 30, and a second region L2 on another side is formed by the inner member 40 and the outer member 30. The first region L1 is larger than the second region L2 in an elastic contraction ratio caused by a unit compressive force.
