Car structure of elevator
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a car structure of an elevator having a skirting line installed along an edge portion in an elevator car.
Background
As in a general building, a kick line is also mounted on a wall surface of an elevator car, and the kick line protects the wall surface from being damaged by an impact when a trolley, a person's foot, or the like collides with the wall surface. In addition, in order to meet the requirements of customers on appearance, the skirting line for the elevator car has various specifications in material and shape, and can be selected by customers at will.
In terms of the shape of the kick line, a known kick line has a linear kick line attached along an edge portion in the elevator car and a curved kick line provided between adjacent 2 linear kick lines, thereby setting a corner portion in the elevator car in a curved shape. However, in the conventional art, the curved skirting line is attached to the floor of the elevator car by a method such as welding.
As a conventional technique, for example, patent document 1 discloses a method of attaching a curved member to a corner of an elevator car by attaching a surface decorative plate formed in advance into an arc shape of approximately one quarter to the corner of the elevator car by a double-sided adhesive tape (for example, see patent document 1).
Patent document 1 Japanese patent laid-open No. 2000-255942 (paragraph No. 0033, FIG. 3)
However, in the former conventional technique, since it is necessary to weld the curved skirting line to the floor of the elevator car, there are problems that it takes time and labor for installation work, and it is difficult to adjust the joint between the linear skirting line and the curved skirting line to be flush with each other.
In addition, in the latter conventional technique, since the skirting line is attached by an adhesive tape, there is a problem in terms of firmness, and when the skirting line is attached by an adhesive tape, the skirting line is easily detached by an impact if a cart, a person, or the like collides with a wall surface.
