Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an elevator safe operation system, and more particularly, to an elevator safe operation system linked with a hall gate provided at a public part of a public house.
Background
In the prior art, security systems are known as follows: the elevator is arranged in the building, the automatic locking type entrance hall door is arranged at a public part of the building, the unlocking device for opening the door lock of the automatic locking type entrance hall door is arranged in a room of a resident, and when the resident has a guest to visit, the resident operates the unlocking device at home after the visiting guest contacts the resident by using the internal communication equipment. By this operation, the entrance door is opened, and the elevator receives a call in conjunction therewith, while storing information on the floor where the resident is. As a result, if the resident has a guest visit, the elevator automatically sends the guest to the floor where the resident room is located after the door lock of the hall large door is opened by the resident (see, for example, patent document one).
Patent document one: japanese patent laid-open No. Hei 10-95575
However, in the case of a service company such as a delivery company that delivers a service at a fixed time every day, if the conventional security system is used, the resident has to operate the door lock of the entrance gate at a predetermined time every day, which is troublesome not only for the resident but also for the personnel of the service company because the contact must be made each time. In addition, inconvenience such as delivery failure due to absence of the resident at home may occur.
In addition, in the above-described conventional technique, since it is impossible to prevent visitors other than the resident from entering the house at night or the like, it is impossible to ensure safety.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an elevator safe operation system, which allows non-public residents such as visitors and delivery companies to enter a public residence under certain conditions and ensures that the residents can safely use the elevator.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an elevator safe operation system including a hall door provided at a hall of a public part of a public house, an elevator provided at the hall door, a door intercom device provided at the hall door of the public part, a room intercom device provided in each of rooms of the public house, and a control device which reads unlocking information from the room intercom device and authentication information from an authentication device provided adjacent to the hall door intercom device, controls unlocking of the hall door and calling of the elevator, wherein a memory capable of setting and storing an operation permission time of the elevator is provided, and a time at which the unlocking information from the room intercom device or the authentication information from the authentication device is read is compared with the set operation permission time, the elevator is made available only during the permitted use time.
Here, the authentication information is, for example, information in a service company dedicated card issued to each service company going in and out of a public residence.
Here, the memory for storing the use permission time of the elevator is set with the use permission time corresponding to a service company dedicated card issued to each service company.
Here, the unlock information from the room intercom is information sent by the room intercom when the visitor contacts the room intercom through the gate intercom to inform him of the visit, which opens the entrance door and allows the visitor to take the elevator stopping only on the floor where the room is located.
As the authentication device, various authentication devices that authenticate a biometric feature such as a fingerprint, in addition to a card reader, can be used.
According to the present invention, by limiting the use (visit) permission time during which the elevator can be used, unnecessary use permission time of delivery company personnel who have entered the house within a predetermined time can be limited, and by preventing visitors who have visited at night or the like from entering the house, for example, it is possible to provide a highly safe service.
When the visitor enters the house, the elevator is allowed to stop only at the floor where the resident resides, thereby ensuring a highly safe service.
In addition, since the service company can arbitrarily designate a stop floor within the use permission time for which the elevator can be used, it is possible to quickly and efficiently complete its own work.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing a first embodiment of an elevator safety operation system according to the present invention.
In fig. 1, the elevator safe operation system of the first embodiment is composed of an elevator 1 installed at a hall of a public residential building, an automatic locking type hall door 2 installed at a hall of a public part of the building, a gate intercom device 3 installed at the hall of the public part for calling a number of a resident's room, a room intercom device 4 installed in each room, a control device 5, an unlock button 6 for opening a door lock of the hall door 2, a card reader (authentication device) 7 installed adjacent to the gate intercom device 3, and a stop floor designation button 9.
The control device 5 includes an interface 5a, a collation means 5b, a control means 5c, a floor data memory 5d, a card data memory 5e, and a use permission time memory 5 f.
The interface 5a reads the unlock information a of the unlock button 6 operated by the room intercom device 4 at the time of visiting by the visitor who enters the building, and reads the card (authentication) information B from the IC cards of the resident and the service company person who enter the building through the card reader (authentication apparatus) 7 provided at the entrance hall of the public section. The interface 5a converts the unlocking information a and the card (authentication) information B into a format that can be recognized by the verification means 5B, and transmits them.
Here, an IC card having card data is issued to a resident, and an IC card dedicated to a service company is issued to each service company person who enters and exits a public house.
The collation means 5b determines whether the building is entered by an occupant, a service company person or a visitor based on the information from the interface 5 a. If the unlocking information is the unlocking information A in which the unlocking operation is performed by the room intercom 4, the person who enters the building is determined as a visitor, and if the unlocking information is the card (authentication) information B in which the resident IC card or the service company IC card is used, the person who enters the building is determined as a resident or a service company person. The information on whether the person who enters the building is a visitor, a resident, or a service company person is compared with the information in the floor data memory 5d, the card data memory 5e, and the use permission time memory 5 f.
Here, the contents of the floor data memory 5d, the card data memory 5e, and the use permission time memory 5f are shown in fig. 3. The card data memory 5e is used to store data assigned to each resident, the floor data memory 5d is used to store a floor number of a building, and the use (visit) permission time memory 5f is used to specify and store a use (visit) permission time. The use (visit) permission time storage 5f of fig. 3 stores therein a case where there is no limitation on the use permission time, a case where the use permission time is limited between five am and seven am, and a case where the use permission time is limited between five am and seven am and between five pm and seven pm.
The control means 5c obtains information from the comparison means 5b and controls the unlocking of the hall door 2 and the calling of the elevator 1.
When a person who enters a building is a visitor, the visitor contacts the resident's room intercom device 4 through the gate intercom device 3 and when the unlocking information a that the resident has performed the unlocking operation through the room intercom device 4 is transmitted to the interface 5a, the comparison means 5b compares the floor on which the unlocking operation has been performed with the floor data 5d and compares the specified permitted visiting time 5f with the visiting time of the visitor. At this time, the specified visiting permission time 5f may be restricted. As a result of the comparison by the comparison means 5b, if the floor data is valid (identical) and within the visit permission time, the control means 5c opens the door lock of the hall door 2 and calls the elevator 1 to the floor on which the hall is located and designates a stop floor for the visitor, at which time the stop floor is defined on the floor on which the resident who has performed the unlocking operation by the room intercom 4 is located.
Here, by limiting the specified visiting permission time 5f to, for example, a range of 6:00 to 21:00 (6 am to 9 pm), it is possible to prevent the visitor from entering the building at night and late night, and secure security service with a high degree of security can be ensured. When a visitor enters a building, a method of allowing only an elevator to stop a floor where the resident is located can ensure a high-safety service.
If the person who enters the building is a service company person, when the card reader 7 reads the IC card of the service company person and transmits the card information B of the service company person to the interface 5a, the card information B of the service company person is collated with the card data 5e in the collation mechanism 5B, and the specified usage permission time 5f is collated with the entry time of the service company person. At this time, the use permission time 5f during which the elevator can be used may be limited. As a result of the collation by the collation means 5b, if the card data is valid (coincident) while within the use permission time, the control means 5c opens the door lock of the hall door 2, calls the elevator 1 to the floor where the hall is located, and allows the service company person to designate a stop floor using the stop floor designation button 9.
At this time, if the person who enters the building is a service company person and is within the limited time of the permitted use time of the elevator, the control means 5c allows the service company person to arbitrarily designate a landing by a landing designation button (not shown) provided in the car of the elevator 1. This is because, for example, if the person is a person of a newspaper delivery company, it is necessary to deliver newspapers on a plurality of floors, and thus it is convenient to adopt the above setting. On the other hand, if the limit of the permitted time of use for which the elevator can be used is exceeded, it is not possible to specify a stop floor, but only the service company person is allowed to specify the elevator to go down to the floor on which the entrance gate is located.
In the first embodiment, the service company personnel is not given extra unnecessary use permission time by limiting the use permission time 5f for which the elevator can be used, so that the safety service with high safety degree can be provided. Meanwhile, for the service company, the service company can freely designate the stop floor within the use permission time for using the elevator, so that the service company can complete the work of the service company quickly and efficiently.
If the person who enters the building is a resident, the IC card of the resident is read by the card reader 7, and when the card information B of the resident is transmitted to the interface 5a, the card information B of the resident is collated with the card data 5e in the collation means 5B. As a result of the collation by the collation means 5b, if the card data is valid (coincident), the control means 5c opens the door lock of the hall gate 2 and calls the elevator 1 to the floor where the hall is located, allowing the resident to designate a stop floor using the stop floor designation button 9.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating the overall operation of the first embodiment.
When the visitor visits and calls the resident's room using the gate intercom device 3, the resident passes the unlocking information a into the interface 5a by operating the room intercom device 4. Alternatively, after the resident and the service company person have read the IC card by the card reader 7, the card information B read from the IC card of the resident and the service company person is transferred to the interface 5 a. When the unlocking information a or the card information B is transmitted to the interface 5a, an unlocking event is generated in the interface 5a (step S1). Then, the interface 5a performs a card type determination process to determine whether the card is a resident IC card (resident card information B) or a card other than the resident card (unlock information a of the room intercom device 4, card information B of the service company person) (step S2).
As a result of the card type determination, if the card is not the resident card, it is determined whether the door lock is opened by the room intercom 4 or the door lock opened by the IC card of the service company person in the event type determination process (step S3).
If it is judged that the door lock is opened by the room intercom 4, the floor information on which the unlocking operation is performed is transmitted to the checking means 5 b. The checking means 5b checks the access permission time 5f of the visitor while checking the floor information subjected to the unlocking operation against the floor data 5d, and if the access permission time is within the access permission time, transmits information that the service target is the visitor and the floor information to the control means 5c (step S4). The control means 5c opens the door lock of the hall door 2 (step S9), and calls the elevator 1 to the floor where the hall is located (step S10), allowing the visitor to specify the floor on which the unlocking operation is performed by the room intercom 4 using the stop floor specifying button 9. At this time, if the visiting permission time of the visitor is exceeded (step S4), the control means 5c does not open the door lock of the hall door 2 (step S6) and does not call the elevator 1 to the floor where the hall is located (step S7).
Further, if it is determined that the person who entered the building is a service company person, the card information of the service company person is transmitted to the verification means 5b, the card information of the service company person is verified against the card data 5e in the verification means 5b, and the use permission time 5f of the service company person is checked, and if the card information is within the use permission time, the information that the service object is the service company person is transmitted to the control means 5c (step S5). The control organ 5c opens the door lock of the hall door 2 (step S9) and calls the elevator 1 to the floor where the hall is located (step S10), allowing the service company person to specify the stop floor using the stop floor specifying button 9. At this time, if the use permission time of the service company person is exceeded (step S5), the control means 5c does not open the door lock of the hall door 2 (step S6) and does not call the elevator 1 to the floor where the hall is located (step S7).
As a result of the determination of the card type, if the card is a resident card, the card information of the resident is transmitted to the collation means 5b, and the card information of the resident is collated with the card data 5e in the collation means 5b and information that the service target is the resident is transmitted to the control means 5c (step S8). The control gear 5c opens the door lock of the hall door 2 (step S9) and calls the elevator 1 to the floor where the hall is located (step S10), allowing the visitor to specify the stop floor using the stop floor specifying button 9.
