Abstract
Device for guided orotracheal intubation via a Fastrach-type laryngeal mask and without the use of laryngoscope, which device is meant to guarantee the aerating of the langs of unconscious patients. Said device is composed of an absolutely flexible plastic tube (1) rigidly incorporated with non-toxic glue and silicon (3), the homocentric adaptor (5) having variable fixing point (it is 15mm in internal diameter) holding the tracheal tube (13), and two fine wires (4) ending, through the power connector (6) and the extension (7), at the battery (8) provided with the switch (9). The device is placed into the tracheal tube (13) in such a way that the end of the organ must stick out from the distal end of the tracheal tube (10) and convert the blind tracheal intubation, via a laryngeal mask of the Fastrach type, into guided intubation with the help of the light diffused through the soft tissues of the human body (18).
