Abstract

A device for cancelling the relative speed between drum (2) and scroll (4) of a centrifugal extractor for constituents with different specific gravity of a product to be processed, characterized in that it comprises in combination a fixed supporting member (11) within which is coaxially housed a shaft (12) made to rotate by drum (2) via appropriate means of connection (8a,14a), to such shaft there being furthermore made integral means (15) for the controlalble engagement of shaft (12) with means of operation (14b, 7b,7) of scroll (4), the operation of such means (15) for the engagement or disengagement of shaft (12) bringing about the operation in rotation of scroll (4) with or without relative movement with respect to drum (2).
