Abstract

Οι σφιγκτήρες (6) ως επίσης και τα ράμματα (36) συνιστούν κατά τη σύνδεση αυτών μιαν αυτοσυρραφή που διεξάγεται επ' αμφοτέρων των πλευρών της ουρήθρας (3) και κατ' αντιστοιχίαν με αμφότερα τα σημεία ή ειδικές περιοχές, που προηγουμένως εντοπίσθηκαν με την εξέταση με την αφή (οπτικής εξέτασης) και με αυτήν ταύτην την κεφαλήν της συσκευής.ωThe invention refers to a vaginal self-stitching device to prevent urinary incontinence in women, which consists of an elongated body (10, 26) so that it can be clamped by hand, having at one of its ends, an extension that forms a special angle with the horizontal axis of the body, extension determining head (11, 29), through which and with the actuation of a control device (13, 27), provided on the handle or on this body (10,26) a clamp (6) is released or a needle (30) is rotated, and the needle engages in the opposite direction of rotation a cord (36) so that the clamp, as well as the needle (30) and therefore the suture (36) pass through the paraurethral tissue (7) and of the cartilage of the pubic symphysis (8) making a connection and a corresponding elevation of the corresponding areas of the vagina (2) which lies on both sides of the urethra avoiding urinary incontinence in women. The clamps (6) as well as the sutures (36) constitute, when connecting them, a self-stitching that is carried out on both sides of the urethra (3) and respectively with both points or special areas, previously identified by the examination with the touch (visual examination) and with this same head of the device.o
