Abstract

Περιγράφονται φαρμακευτικές συνθέσεις οι οποίες περιέχουν σαν δραστικό συστατικό, ένα αντιμυκητικό σκεύασμα αζόλης υπό μορφήν κατάλληλη να χορηγηθεί δια εισπνοής. Τέτοια σκευάσματα περιλαμβάνουν πεπιεσμένα σκευάσματα αεροζόλης, μη-πεπιεσμένες συνθέσεις αεροζόλης και διαλύματα/εναιωρήματα τα οποία χρησιμοποιούνται με μια διάταξη εκνεφωτού. Επίσης περιγράφεται ένα λεπτομερές κονοποιημένο αντιμυκητικό σκεύασμα αζόλης και μέση διάμετρο μάζας εντός της περιοχής από 0.1 έως 10 μικρά και μια μέθοδο προφυλάξεως από μια μυκητική μόλυνσης των πνευμόνων η οποία περιλαμβάνει χορήγηση δια εισπνοής μιας θεραπευτικώς αποτελεσματικής ποσότητας ενός αντιμυκητικού σκευάσματος αζόλης σε ένα ασθενή ο οποίος έχει προδιάθεση σε μια τέτοια μόλυνση.ω
