Abstract

Σύνθεσις μασητικού κόμμεος περιέχουσα γλυκειά πρωτείνη και αλάτι με βελτιωμένον άρωμα. Η γλυκειά πρωτείνη και το άλας ουσιαστικώς υφίστανται φυσικώς διαχωρισμένα εντός του μασητικού κόμμεος. Ο φυσικός διαχωρισμός παρεμποδίζει την καταστολήν των αρωματικών και γλυκαντικών ιδιοτήτων του γλυκέος τμήματος υπό του άλατος. Το άλας έχει επιλεγεί μεταξύ χλωριούχου νατρίου, χλωριούχου καλίουή μιγμάτων αυτών. Το άλας κατά προτίμησην υφίστανται εντος του μασητικού κόμμεος εις ποσότητας ανερχομένας εις 10 έως 1000PPM κατά βάρος μασητικού κόμμεος. Επίσης παρέχονται διάφοροι μέθοδοι παραγωγής δια την διατήρηση ουσιαστικού φυσικού διαχωρισμού (άλατος-γλυκείας πρωτείνης) εντός του μασητικού κομμέος. ω
