Abstract

Πρόκειται για μία μέθοδο για την παραγωγή ανισότροπων ινών άνθρακα από ανθρακόπισσα, κατά την οποία η ανθρακόπισσα πριν από την κλώση διηθείται και το προϊόν διήθησις της πίσσας αποστάζεται σε ένα εξατμιστή λεπτής μεμβράνης (φιλμ) και αντίστοιχα συμπυκνώνεται σε ένα κλάσμα πίσσας που σχηματίζει μεσοφάση. Το λαμβανόμενο προϊόν διήθησης πίσσας που σχηματίζει μεσοφάση. Το λαμβανόμενο προϊόν διήθησης πίσσας κατά την διάρκεια μιας θερμικής επεξεργασίας μετατρέπεται σε μία πίσσα μεσοφάσης, ούτως ώστε η δυσχερής και δαπανηρή φάση της διαδικασίας κατά την διάρκεια της παραγωγής ινών, δηλ. η θερμική ακολουθούσα επεξεργασία των κλωσμένων ινών πίσσας να μπορεί να διεξάγεται ιδιαίτερα γρήγορα και απλά. Η πολύ ιξώδης πίσσαν κλώθεται οικονομικά σε μία φυγοκεντρική μηχανή κλώσης, όπου πραγματοποιείται μία προσθήκη διαχωριστικών ουσιών υπό μορφής σκόνης. Η θερμική ακολουθούσα επεξεργασία λαμβάνει χώρα σε κυκλικά λειτουργούσα εγκατάσταση επεξεργασίας και μάλιστα σε μία πίσσα μεσοφάσης, ούτως ώστε η δυσχερής και δαπανηρή φάση της διαδικασίας κατά την διάρκεια της παραγωγής ινών, δηλ. η θερμική ακολουθούσα επεξεργασία των κλωσμένων ινών πίσσας να μπορεί να διεξάγεται ιδιαίτερα γρήγορα και απλά. Η πολύ ιξώδης πίσσα κλώθεται οικονομικά σε μία φυγοκεντρική μηχανή κλώσης, όπου πραγματοποιείται μία προσθήκη διαχωριστικών ουσιών υπό μορφήν σκόνης. Η θερμική ακολουθούσα επεξεργασία λαμβάνει χώρα σε κυκλικά λειτουργούσα εγκατάσταση επεξεργασίας και μάλιστα εκεί εξελίσονται οι διαδικασίες οξείδωσης, εκκένωσης, εξανθράκωσης, εκκένωσης, γραφιτοποίησις και ψύξης (Συγκρίνατε απεικ. 1).ω
