Abstract

n a motorcycle which comprises a vehicle body frame comprising a main frame extended downwardly reawards from a head pipe, an engine unit located on the lower side of the main frame and hung from the vehicle body frame, a left-right pair of main frame side covers covering both lateral sides of the main frame, and an upper cover covering the upper side of the main frame, at least portions of the upper ends of front portions of the left-right pair of main frame side covers (31L, 31R) supported by the vehicle body frame (F) are overlapped with each other on the rear side of the head pipe(12), and a front portion of the upper cover (34) is fastened to the overlapped portions of the main frame side covers (31L,31R). By this, a stay for fittingat least the front portion of the upper cover to the vehicle body frame side is unnecessary, and the number of component parts can be reduced.
