Abstract

ποκαλύπτεται μία μέθοδος παρασκευής της σιταλοπράμης περιλαμβάνουσα την αντίδραση 5-καρβοξυφθαλιδίου διαδοχικά με ένα αντιδραστήριο Grignard του 4-αλογονο-φθοροφαινυλίου και ένα αντιδραστήριο Grignard της 3-αλογονο-Ν,Ν-διμεθυλ-προπυλ-αμίνης και εν συνεχεία την πραγματοποίηση κλεισίματος δακτυλίου της προκυπτούσης ενώσεως Τύπου ΧΙ προς μία ένωση Τύπου IV ακολουθούμενη από μετατροπή της ενώσεως Τύπου IV σε σιταλοπράμη. Αποκαλύπτονται επίσης μέθοδοι για την παρασκευή και τη μετατροπή της ενώσεως Τύπου IV. ΰ
