The invention relates to a stable orally-administrated pharmaceutical formula designed for the therapy of iron deficiency anaemia; it contains as drastic substance an efficient quantity of bivalent iron in the form of glyconic salt, which drastic substance is mixed, by dry mixing, with an effervescent system, a suitable quantity of iron absorption enhancer, pH regulation factors, acid and taste improvers. After preparation, the invented pharmaceutical composition is stored up into little envelops.
