Abstract

Σταθερές φαρμακευτικές συνθέσεις φλουκοναζόλης σε συσκευασία μονοδόσεων σε φακελίσκους ή σε αναβράζοντα δισκία και σε μορφή πόσιμου διαλύματος, οι οποίες προορίζονται για την αντιμετώπιση συστηματικών και επιπολής μυκητιάσεων. Τα μίγματα κόνεων σε φακελίσκους ή σε αναβράζοντα δισκία δίνουν σταθερά και διαυγή υδατικά διαλύματα μετά από ανασύσταση σε πόσιμο υγρό όπως είναι το νερό. Τα υδατικό πόσιμο διάλυμα φλουκοναζόλης είναι διαυγές και σταθερό. Οι περιγραφόμενες φαρμακευτικές συνθέσεις κάνουν χρήση απλών και ευρέως χρησιμοποιούμενων εκδόχων, για την παρασκευή σταθερών και εύκολα χορηγούμενων φαρμακευτικών μορφών, οι οποίες περιέχουν 50mg ή 100mg ή 200mg φλουκοναζόλης ανά μονάδα χορήγησης.
