Abstract

Ultrasound diathermy system of completely controlled diathermy is an ultrasound diathermy, that can be applied with safety to very sensitive tissues such as those of the brain, of the spinal cord etc. It causes a cut and hemostasis in the tissues, it seals vessels of relatively small transection such as those we find in the brain, without causing their rapture. It does not cause spread of liquids, because of change over and its use is a simple and as friendly as possible to the user. An electronic device of operation control (7) controls the operation of ultrasound diathermy in the final level, namely the output level of ultrasound diathermy, thus setting the output power in such a mode in order to have cut and hemostasis in very sensitivetissues, avoiding damage and their destruction from the great amounts of the thermal energy.
