Abstract

The disclosed herein air-turbine/fan is composed of the ring 2 having radial blades 1 of variable inclination regulated via the control system 7 and the column-tube 4 set at the centre of the craft. The column-tube 4 has a mechanism controlling its rotation up to 360 deg. and urging the air-turbine/fan to rotate toward the wind sense. Each radial blade 1 ends with a cone-shaped toothed wheel (gear) conveying -upon change of the blades inclination- the controlled rotation. At the circumference of the radial blades 1, there is a point engaging the ring and thereby rotating by 180 deg. The rotation shaft 3 ends at a second shaft 13 conveying the rotations to the rev multiplier 9. The change of the rotation angle is conveyed to the shaft 14 and finally to the propeller 11.
