Abstract

his invention aims at the formation of an ultra-strong surface layer on the working surface of composite cast objects. This ultra-strong layer consists of ultra-strong particles embedded during casting. Embedding is effected by immersing these ultra-strong particles in a metallic molten mass, due to the higher specific gravity of the particles relative to the metal. The mould where casting is performed is either printed on sand or may be metallic. The chemical composition of the metal to be casted and of the ultra-strong particles determine the casting conditions. The composite cast object produced can be applied in all uses where high anti-friction properties are required.
