Abstract

ο χαρτοκιβώτιο μας συγκροτείται από ανοικτά κουτιά κατασκευασμένα από κυματοειδείς χαρτόνι, που στοιβάζονται το ένα πάνω στο άλλο. Η συναρμολόγηση των κουτιών γίνεται ως εξής: Η βάση (5) του κουτιού φέρει στη θέση των γωνιών (1), (2), (3), (4) μικρές εγκοπές (1Β), (2Β), (3Β), (4Β) στις οποίες θηλυκώνουν μικρά ισογμεγέθη δόντια (1Α), (2Α), (3Α), (4Α) που φέρουν οι διπλά καμπτώμενες γωνίες (1), (2), (3), (4) και σταθεροποιούν κάθετα προς τη βάση (5) τα πλευρικά τοιχώματα (6), (7), (8), (9). Τα δύο απέναντι αλλήλων κείμενα μπρος - πίσω τοιχώματα (7), (9) φέρουν τρία γλωσσίδια (7C), (7E), (7F), (9C), (9E), (9F) το καθένα από τα οποία τα μεσαία είναι όρθια και υπάρχουν τρεις μορφές (7C), (7E), (7F), (9C), (9E), (9F) το καθένα, από τα οποία ταμεσαία είναι όρθια και υπάρχουν τρεις μορφές (7C), (9C), ή (7G), (9G) ή (7J ) (9J), και άλλα γλωσσίδια (7Ε), (7F) ή (9E), (9F) κάμπτονται (τσακίζουν) οριζόντια για μεγαλύτερη έδραση (στήριξη) της βάσης (5) του υπερκείμενου κουτιού, ενώ τα όρθια γλωσσίδια (7C), (9C) ή (7G), (9G) ή (7J), (9J) εισχωρούν στις τομές-σχισμές (7D), (9D), τομές (7H),(9H) ή (7K), (9K) υπερκείμενης βάσης (5) θηλυκώνουν και σταθεροποιούν τα κουτιά μεταξύ τους. Το πολυθεσικό χαρτοκιβώτιο κρατάει ζεστές τις πίτσες και αταλάντευτες στην μεταφορά, δηλαδή η κάθε πίτσα έχει το δικό της δίσκο (θέση) που στοιβάζεται και κουμπώνει με τα όρθια γλωσσίδια (7C), (9C) ή (7G), (9G),ή (7J), (9J) ο ένας δίσκος πάνω στον άλλο. Η όλη συσκευασία μιας παραγγελίας καλύπτεται με ένα μόνο καπάκι (11) ή (12) ή (13) ή (14) στο τελικό κουτί, στερεωμένο με όρθια γλωσσίδια (7C), (9C) ή (7G), (9G) ή (7J), (9J). ΰ
