Abstract
he total RNA isolation from paraffin-embedded tissues, independently from the duration of the paraffinization process, is of a particular importance for, inter alia, the clinical activity; it will be predominantly helpful to the continual exploitation of clinical specimens used for the follow-up and evaluation of the clinical condition of patients. The technique used by the invention utilizes commercial solutions, and is based on the tissue hydration with the solution referred therein, any other hydration process being excluded. The isolation of the total RNA is certified with the use of photometric analysis or/and PCR chain reaction. The new method consists in the isolation of total RNA from paraffin-embedded tissues, independently from the duration of the paraffinization process, in a rate of 100% and in concentrations reaching the 1mg/ml of total RNA.
