Abstract

The security lock for sliding aluminium parts consists of the external cap (2), the internal cap (1), the handle (3) whereto the polygon shaft of the sproket (6) is coupled and tighened with the screw (7), so that when the handle (3) turns, the sproket (6) carries over the cogged sliding rule (4) and converts the rotational motion into linear, the navel part (5) and which bears a flattered or round locking end a long length of thread for adjustment for all thickness (series) of aluminium profiles. Finally, it offers the ability to add a second navel part (5) for twin locking position and enhanced security.
