Abstract

Το σύστημα τυποποιεί την όλη διαδικασία κατασκευής εκμαγείου με την χρήση τριών διαφορετικών εργαλείων εκ των οποίων το ένα απ' αυτά έχει διπλή λειτουργικότητα. Δια την κατασκευή του οδοντιατρικού αποτυπώματος α) χρησιμοποιείται η "φόρμα-κυβισμού" η οποία χαρακτηρίζεται από ένα περιφερειακό τοίχωμα 1, που εσωκλείει το οδοντιατρικό αποτύπωμα από μία διπλή ημικυκλικού σχήματος βάση 2, 2Α και από το πτερύγιο συνδέσεως 3, β) ο "κερογράφος" και "γυψογράφος" είναι τα εργαλεία που χρησιμοποιούνται για την συγκόλληση του οδοντιατρικού αποτυπώματος με την "φόρμα κυβισμού". Το χαρακτηριστικό του εργαλείου αυτού είναι ότι έχει δύο διαφορετικές λειτουργίες με την αλλαγή του στομίου με πλαστικό αυτομάτως, το ίδιο εργαλείο μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί, για την χύτευση αποτυπωμάτων από γύψο ή velmi. Το εργαλείο αυτό αποτελείται από την θαλάμη 1, από το βιδωτό στόμιο 2, το έμβολο 3, το σπύρωμα 4, και την χειρολαβή 5, γ) το τέταρτο εργαλείο που χρησιμοποιείται εις το σύστημα για την κατασκευή του οδοντιατρικού εκμαγείου είναι ο "προσαρμοστής καρφίδων" ο οποίος συγκρατεί τις καρφίδες των κολοβωμάτων κατά την διάρκεια χυτεύσεως του αποτυπώματος και εξασφαλίζει την παραλληλότητα μεταξύ των καρφίδων, χαρακτηρίζεται από την βάση 1 που μαζί με το "προσαρμοζόμενο στέλεχος" 2, καθορίζεται η κάθετος θέση των καρφίδων, δ) το σύστημα επίσης προσφέρει αυτόματη ανάρτηση του εκμαγείου εις τον ειδικού τύπου αρθρωτήρα ενσωματώνοντας τους "Συνδέσμους" πρώτα εις το εκμαγείο και εν συνεχεία εις το αρθρωτήρα. ωThe system standardizes the entire mold making process using three different tools, one of which has dual functionality.
