Abstract
Απαλυντική ένωσις διαμμωνίου, ως είναι το διχλωριούχον Ν-διμεθυλο-Ν-στεατο-αλκυλο-Ν'-τριμεθυλο-προπυλενοδιαμμώνιον και ανοργάνου αργιλικού απαλυντικόν υφασμάτων, μίγνυται ομοιογενώς και εν συνεχεία μετά δια ψεκασμού ξηρανθείσης μη φωσφορούχου απορρυπαντικής κοκκώδους ή εις σφαιρίδια συνθέσεως. Τα δια ψεκασμού ξηραθέντα σφαιρίδια μίγνυται μετά της απολυμαντικής ενώσεως διαμμωνίου και του ανοργάνου αργιλλικού απαλυντικού. Η τελική σύνθεσις παρουσιάζει βελτιωμένας απαλυντικάς ιδιότητας ακόμη και εις μικράν περιεκτικότητα (π.χ. κάτω των 2,5%) εις ένωσιν διαμμωνίου άνευ βλαπτικής επιδράσεως επί του βαθμού καθαρισμού και λευκάνσεως. Εις μίαν συνήθη μη φωσφορούχον απορρυπαντικήν σύνθεσιν, τα δια ψεκασμού ξηραθέντα σφαιρίδια περιέχουν σουλφονωμένον γραμμικόν αλκυλο-βενζόλιον ή έτερον ανιονικόν, επιφανειακώς ενεργόν υλικόν, ανόργανον ή οργανικόν ενισχυτικόν άλας, και έτερα ανθεκτικά εις το ΡΗ την θέρμανσιν συνείσακτα και αδρανή πλυσίματα. Πέραν της απαλυντικής ενώσεως διαμμωνίου και του απαλυντικού σμηκτίτου, ετέρα εκ των υστέρων προστιθέμενα συστατικά είναι συνήθως ένα μη ιονικόν επιφανειακώς ενεργόν υλικόν, ένζυμον, άρωμα, λευκαντικόν και έτερα συνείσακτα των απορρυπαντικών τα οποία δεν είναι ανθεκτικά εις το pH, την θέρμοκρασία είναι αδιάλυτα στο ύδωρ ή αντιδρούν μεθ' ενός ή περισσοτέρων εκ των συστατικών των δια ψεκασμού ξηραθέντων σφαιριδίων. ωDiammonium emollient compound, such as N-dimethyl-N-stearate-alkyl-N'-trimethyl-propylene diamine dichloride and inorganic aluminate fabric softener, is mixed homogeneously and then sprayed or dried by spray drying and drying. In a typical non-phosphorous detergent composition, the spray-dried beads contain sulfonated linear alkyl benzene or other anionic, surfactant, inorganic or organic additives, and other additives. In addition to the diamonium emollient and the emollient smectite, other externally added ingredients are usually a nonionic surfactant, enzyme, fragrance, bleach and other detergent additives which are not resistant to pH, heat and humidity. or react with one or more of the components of spray-dried pellets. ω
