Abstract
A preparation contains amisulpride, monohydrate of lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium and additives. For manufacture of said preparation a part of croscarmellose sodium, monohydrate of lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, a part of anhydrous colloidal dioxide of silicon and amisulpride are granulated by water solution of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The obtained mass is dried; the granulated material is formed and powdered by magnesium stearate and by the rest parts of croscarmellose sodium and anhydrous colloidal dioxide of silicon.
