A collar, for fastening conduits such as water, gas or electricity lines, comprises a support 1 for attaching to a surface 2, a flexible notched strip 6 and a loop 4, in which collar the two ends 7, 8 of the strip are bent to form an eye and both pass through the loop 4, the ends 7, 8 being formed with inter-engageable notched surfaces 10, 11. A catch 12 engages the edge of the loop 4 in the fastened position. In the embodiment of Fig. 1 the loop 4 is formed integral with the support 1 and the strip 6 is a separate piece of material, but in an alternative arrangement shown in Fig. 6, the loop 4 is formed as a separate unit and the strip 6 is attached to the support.
