[Also in Division E2] A fastening for releasably connecting two members 4, 5 comprises elements 8, 9 each having a socket at one edge, a plurality of such elements being attachable to each of the members and a pin 10 freely engageable with the sockets for connecting the elements together and means on the pin, e.g. a cranked end for withdrawing it from the elements. As shown, the member 5 is a skirt, stability keel or side wall of a ground effect machine and the member 4 is part of the structure or is another skirt. Specifications 860,781 and 969,236 are referred to.
