[Also in Division H3] A D.C. welding circuit comprising a 3 - phase transformer Tr, transductor Dr and rectifiers G, is characterized in that the transductor is arranged to work alternatively in a simple or a selfsaturating condition by means of a switch S1. In the simple condition one control winding St2 is disconnected and another control winding St1 is fed from a higher voltage tap on a transformer auxiliary winding W1, the polarity of which may be reversed by a switch S2.
