965,463. Gas-blast switches. ETABLISSEMENTS MERLIN & GERIN S.A. June 7, 1961 [June 17, 1960], No. 20510/61. Heading H2B. A circuit - breaker comprises a plurality of units each having a spherical gasfilled chamber 11 containing aligned contacts 13, 14 which are not in alignment with mounting means 12 which connect the units. The units may be arranged in a horizontal plane, not shown, or vertically, in which case they may be suspended by chains 19 Fig. 2, or mounted on an insulating base, Fig. 3 (not shown).
