963,592. Spring clips. Z. S. PIOTROWSKI. Sept. 27, 1961 [Dec. 14, 1960], No. 42982/60. Heading E2B. A spring clip comprises a spring 1 in the form of a tube having an opening along its entire length defined by two longitudinal edges 2, the spring having three or more longitudinally arranged slotted holes 3 spaced about the tube axis at positions remote from the longitudinal opening and a corresponding number of levers 4 each consisting of a handle portion which is engaged in a respective slotted hole and a jaw portion 5 protruding out of the longitudinal opening. One of the levers is provided with an aperture 9 by which the clip can be supported and the others are provided with a space to receive a symbol. The protruding portion of each jaw portion can be milled to increase its gripping action.
