Abstract
959,187. Moulds for concrete beams. C. GOULD & CO. Ltd. Aug. 5, 1960 [Oct. 20, 1959], No. 35484/59. Drawings to Specification. Heading B5A. [Also in Division E1] A mould for a concrete beam is formed by placing on a base end to end a number of inverted trough-shaped formers and enclosing these in end and side wall members. The formers are of fibre-glass and shaped with sloping sides and a peripheral lip. The beam thus formed is channel-sectioned with transverse ribs, keying insets being provided in its edges by corresponding formations in the wall members. Specification 865,473 is referred to.
