Abstract

957,682. Artificial flowers. PRESTIGEFLORAL. Dec. 20, 1960 [Sept. 12, 1960], No. 43798/60. Heading A4X. A petal set for artificial flowers comprises a disc 1 with an aperture 2 to receive a stalk, fingers 3 all inclined at an angle α of between 0.2 and 89.9 degrees with respect to a line perpendicular to the lower face of the disc and petals 4 secured to the ends of the fingers. Several petal sets mounted on one stalk form a flower, such as a dahlia, the angle α of the lowest and largest set being 0.2 degrees and of the uppermost and smallest set 89.9 degrees. The petal set is formed of flexible plastics material by injection moulding.
