Abstract
Dicyclohexylamine is manufactured by hydrogenating at between room temperature and 100 DEG C., at below 100 p.s.i.g., a mixture of phenol and aniline within the molar ratio range 40:60 to 60:40, in presence of metallic palladium, the latter comprising at least 0.45% by weight of the mixture of reactants. U.S.A. Specification 2,571,016 is referred to.
