Abstract

953,141. Circuit assemblies. SIEMENS & HALSKE A.G. Nov. 22, 1981 [Nov. 23, 1960], No. 41809/61. Heading H1B. In an assembly of micro components eachof which consists of at least one electrical component on an insulating support 1 with metal film connections 3, the insulating supports are provided with tabs 4 which are placed through slots 8 in an insulating sheet 2. Connection is then made to strips of electrically conductive material at the back of the sheet, possibly by dipping it in a solder bath, and the sheet is then folded as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, forming a tubular sheath of square cross-section. The assembly is finally immersed in a bath of liquid synthetic material which is then allowed to solidify.
