Abstract

<PICT:0952392/C1/1> A mould for use in the production of jiggered ware comprises an outer shell 1 of a material other than plaster, having a base 2 to seat on a jigger head and a plaster insert 5 received within the shell, said insert co-operating with parts of the inner surface of the shell 7 to provide a mould cavity. The insert may be detachable from the shell. The shell may be made from resin impregnated fibre-glass or metal, e.g. steel, nickel or copper.
