Abstract

An electrical insulating tape comprises a synthetic film tape having a flexible coating of electrical insulating varnish adhering to and entirely covering a surface or both surfaces thereof. The film tape may be of polyethylene terephthalate, cross linked polyethylene, and "Cellophane" (Registered Trade Mark). The coating may have a thickness greater than the thickness of the synthetic film tape.
