943,922. Detecting leaks by means of radioactivity. CONTINENTAL OIL CO. March 25,1960 [April 9,1959], No. 10722/60. Heading G1A. In a method of detecting leaks in a pipe-line as described in Specification 943, 921, accuracy of leak location is enhanced by providing groups of radio-active markers 16 at intervals along the line. The radio-activities of the markers in a group differ in order to avoid confusion with leak detection.
