941,546. Toys. CENTRAL PLASTICS Ltd. July 23, 1962, No. 28272/62. Heading A6S. [Also in Division E2] In a toy or doll of the kind having an inner inflatable member f and an outer covering g, a joint permits relative movement between two parts of the toy, the joint comprising a tube h to which are secured tubular members i which abut at their inner ends and have annular flanges k at their outer ends. The flanges k are inserted into apertures in the inflatable members of the parts of the toy to be joined and cemented thereto, the parts of the members f at the joint being recessed to provide a cavity in which are located washers m, e.g. of carboard, between which the outer covering g is sandwiched and secured by means of eyelets n spaced from and surrounding the tubes i and washers o. The members f may be of polyvinyl chloride and the outer covering g of imitation fur.
