Abstract

940,104. Processing photographic sheets. INTERNATIONAL POLAROID CORPORATION. Feb. 27,1962 [March 6, 1961], No. 22619/63. Divided out of 940,103. Heading G2A. The description is substantially the same as in Specification 940,103, but the claims are directed specifically to the fluid dispensing means shown in Fig. 5. The two sheets 16,18 to be pressed together pass between rollers 32, 34. The processing fluid is fed under pressure to a nozzle 50 having a passage 52 therein through which the fluid passes. The nozzle ends in a pair of thin flexible lips 54 (e. g. silicone rubber) tapered to conform to the curvature of the sheets as they enter the bite between the rollers. The nozzle extends the width of the sheets 16,18. Specifications 684, 592 and 714, 412 also are referred to.
