Abstract

The invention comprises a compound having the formula: <FORM:0937723/IV(a)/1> or a tautomer thereof, wherein R1 represents an alkyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkylalkyl group and R6 represents an alkyl group with the proviso that when R6 and R1 represent alkyl groups and R6 contains less than three carbon atoms, R1 represents an alkyl group containing more than two carbon atoms, salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions of these compounds and a process for the preparation thereof wherein a 2-R1-3-amino pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid ester is reacted with a nitrile of the formula R6-CN. Compositions having coronary dilating action are administered enterally or parenterally in tablets, dragees, solutions, suspensions or emulsions. Specification 937,726 is referred to.
