935,949. Bidets; sanitary closets; sinks. LEEDS FIRECLAY CO. Ltd. June 1, 1961 [June 1, 1960], No. 19385/60. Class 26. A water-closet pan 1 includes a hollow waterinlet part 2 at the upper rear of the pan, from which conventional rear flushing openings 7 enter the pan1, a continuous closed passage 5 in the rim of the pan 1 into which water is supplied from the part 2, and a further flushing opening 6 into the pan 1 from the passage 5 positioned centrally in the front so as to cause a pressurised ' water jet to flow to the bottom flushing outlet 4. A bidet or slop sink may be similarly constructed.
