928,679. Cushions &c. B. G. HOOD, and R. S. HOOD. May 11, 1961 [June 1, 1960], No. 17166/61. Class 52 (4). A reversible cushion 10 moulded of opencelled polyurethane has a surface portion provided with serrations 12 and a central core portion 14. In a modification, Fig. 3, surface portions 16 surround a core portion 18 which is of a foam stronger in loadbearing capacity. A rim or flange 20 is moulded in portions 16 and is then skived off to expose virgin foam to which adhesive is applied to bond the portions 16 together. Specification 928,680 is referred to.
