926,754. Two-part couplings. HELLERMANN Ltd. June 2, 1959 [March 3, 1958], No. 6688/58. Addition to 828,006. Class 38 (1). In a modification of the connector described in the parent Specification resilient glands 2 and 16 located between backing-plates 4, 5 and 17, 20 in separate plug-and-socket assemblies respectively are compressed by screw-threaded locking-rings 12 and 30 and the said assemblies are coupled together by a bayonet-type coupling (not shown) or by a locking-ring 9, a resilient gland 8 being provided to form an additional seal around the pins and sockets 37, 33.
