Abstract

920,429. Windscreen wipers. G. H. BETHUNER, and J. S. WILLIAMS. Aug. 23, 1961 [Sept. 20, 1960], No. 32215/60. Class 138 (1). A manually operated auxiliary wiper for removing moisture from the inside surface of a windscreen comprises an absorbent strip 4 carried by an arm 3 pivotally connected to a screw 2 moulded into a boss 7 on a suction cup 1 by which the device is supported on the windscreen. A handle 13 is provided on the arm 3 for operating the wiper.
