919,264. Shaft linings. GUTEHOFFNUNGSHUTTE STERKRADE A.G. Aug. 14, 1959 [Aug. 14, 1958], No. 27907/59. Addition to 906,974. Class 85. The Specification describes stirrup-shaped anchors 4 which have strengthening plates 6 as in the parent Specification, but in the present case the stirrups are arranged vertically in staggered rows on the outer surface of the inner sheet steel lining of a mine shaft. Members 11 are provided to tie the inner and outer steel cylinders together and additional anchors 8 are also provided.
