Abstract
888,932. Glass &c. building blocks; daylight refractors. COMPAGNIE DE SAINT GOBAIN. July 10, 1958 [July 10, 1957], No. 22219/58. Classes 20(3) and 87(1) [Also in Group XXIII] A glass &c. plate 1 is provided on opposite faces with relatively staggered opaque or less transparent strips 2a, 3a. The strips may be of aluminium, paint or enamel, or be produced by sand-blasting. In a modification, a series of differently coloured strips are provided on one face. The sheet may form one wall of a hollow building block which may include an intermediate diffusing screen.
