Abstract
885,363. Sheet metal containers. CYCLOPS ENGINEERING CO. Ltd. May, 27, 1960 [June 11, 1959], No. 20022/59. Class 66. A knockdown container comprises at least two sheet metal sections 11, 12 which are nestable when the container is dismantled, the section 11 having an annular head 14 at its open end and the section 12 having a separate annular channel-shaped member 15 secured thereto to receive the head 14, a clamping ring 13 keeping the sections together. A rubber washer 16 provides a tight joint. The member 15 may be integral with the section 12.
