Means for connecting a scaffold tube b or the like to a roof truss member a<SP>1</SP> comprises a substantially U-shaped clip c adapted for clamping to the scaffold tube by means of a bolt or bolts d, one arm c<SP>3</SP> of the clip being extended and apertured and provided with a hook bolt or bolts e<SP>1</SP> adapted to engage with the roof truss member a<SP>1</SP>.
