[Also in Groups XXVI and XXVIII] The hydraulic balancing means between the rotating cylinder block 1 and valve plate 22 of the motor of the parent Specification is modified by including in its sealing means (Group XXVI) a restricted flow passage, all other features of the motor being identical with what is described in the parent Specification.
