Abstract

871,489. Camera cases. VOIGTLANDER A.G. April 20, 1960 [April 21, 1959], No. 13871/60. Class 98(1) In a carrying case for a photographic camera having a projecting objective, the camera is downwardly suspended and is supported by surfaces in the case extending parallel to the bottom thereof. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 4 the camera 5 is supported on surfaces 8, 9 of the casing 1, 2 and is held securely by resilient pads 11, 220 on the cover and bottom of the case. Walls 17-20 in the casing provide compartments for accessories. Both the camera and the case have straps and the camera may be mounted in an additional case to which its strap 7 is attached.
